While the role is primarily administrative, it requires strong technical skills.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.Managing safety incident reporting and departmental inputs to incident trackers.Assisting with safetymunications and policy development.Organising departmental training requirements and maintainingpetency records.Supporting document management, record disposal, and SharePoint development.Preparing monthly KPI updates and progress reports.Acting as the first point of contact for the department and providing general administrative support.What you'll need to succeed Essential:Minimum 2 years’ experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and some engineering packagesExperience supporting management with diary management, meeting arrangements, and minute taking.Strongmunication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and accurately.Desirable:Experience in a safety-focused environment.Knowledge of civil construction or engineering sectors.Familiarity with document management systems.Customer service experience with internal and external stakeholders.What you'll get in return Generous annual leave entitlement with additional days for long service.Health and wellbeing benefits, including access to an Employee Assistance Programme.Professional development opportunities, including funded training and qualifications.Flexible working options to support work-life balance.Discount schemes for travel and local services.
