Job description Job Title: Inclusion Support Assistant Primary Location: Liverpool Salary: GBP105GBP115 per day Job Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Start Date: ASAP DBS: Enhanced DBS required (on the Update Service or willingness to apply) We are currently recruiting for an Inclusion Support Assistant to work in primary schools across Liverpool, supporting pupils who may have a range of additional needs including SEN, behavioural challenges, or barriers to learning. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to ensure all children are supported to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning and behaviour plans Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence Help promote inclusion by supporting pupils both academically and socially within the classroom Monitor pupil progress and contribute to review meetings when required Requirements: Previous experience working with children who require additional support (SEN, SEMH, EAL, or similar) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply) Two recent and relevant references A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach Excellent communication and teamworking skills Whats on Offer: Competitive daily rate: GBP105GBP115 Immediate start available Opportunities to work in supportive and inclusive primary school environments Ongoing professional development and training opportunities How to Apply: If you are committed to inclusive education and supporting children to reach their full potential, please apply with your CV today.
