You don’t need bags of experience, just the right attitude and a genuine desire to help young people thrive.What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, communication differences, and social-emotional needs Helping pupils engage with lessons through calm, consistent guidance Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a safe, structured learning environment Getting stuck in with sensory activities, outdoor learning, and small-group work Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils who rely on routine and reassurance Supporting positive behaviour strategies and celebrating the small wins every day Who we’re looking for You don’t need SEND experience, although it’s a bonus.
