The Role – What to Expect:As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the classroom team — helping to deliver lessons, support pupils one-on-one or in small groups, and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.Your day could include: Supporting teaching staff during lessonsRunning literacy or numeracy interventionsHelping students with additional needs to access learningPreparing classroom resources and displaysPromoting positive behaviour and engagement across the school daySupporting students’ emotional wellbeing and development ✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have: A Level 3 CACHE qualification (or equivalent) REQUIREDExperience working in a UK school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)Great communication skills and the ability to work well with both staff and studentsFlexibility, initiative, and a warm, nurturing approachA current DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply)Paediatric First Aid Training (Preferred) In Return, You’ll Receive: Competitive daily pay based on your experienceA dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placementAccess to ongoing CPD and free training coursesOpportunities for long-term placements and permanent rolesThe chance to make a real difference to students’ education Interested?
