Warehouse Shift SupervisorLocation: Chessington, Surrey Salary: £35,000 per annum Hours: Sunday to Thursday (Late Shift)Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm (or potentially 12:00pm - 8:00pm)Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pmObjectiveManage commercial activity of transporting goods to customers, ensuring focus on great customer service, internally and externallyResponsibilitiesManage Team ensuring they are working to company standardsManage Routing Controller, developing them to achieve all goalsBecome an operating system expertManage daily routing, picking, and dispatching process, focussing on an ever-improving systemRoute vehicles via our Merlin system to ensure efficient deliveries adhering to our day 1 order, day 3 delivery promise, improving where possibleConsolidate deliveries to ensure efficient site visitsPrint and distribute picking lists to warehouse teamAddress stock issues to be able to create accurate dispatch notesAdvise Stock Manager of stock discrepanciesWork with sales team to allow flexibility within our operational framework so we can deliver superior customer serviceWork with Accounts team to resolve any invoicing issuesRespond to all sales team routing queries quickly and effectivelyReconcile all picking to route manifests to dispatch notes to ensure we have 100% accuracy prior to invoicing customersAssist the wider warehouse team in exploring and delivering operational efficienciesRequirements:Senior Supervisor/Assistant Manager ExperienceStrong Geographical knowledge of LondonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to plan for and adapt to workload fluctuationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to deliver exceptional customer serviceProactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and adaptAccuracy and attention to detailTeam player and ability to work independentlyKPI's:Dispatch of all Orders/Routes every dayOrder to delivery day 1 for day 3 target (excludes back orders) - 95% achievement with current stock issues
