All Room Leaders will have the opportunities to develop their own knowledge and skills in all aspects of early education through regular training as well as attending 6-weekly supervisions. You will encourage and motivate a team of up to seven staff, drawing on their skills and interests to maintain the best possible learning opportunities and environments available to the children. You will work with an allocated budget and work closely with the management team.
