Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Product Governance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional to play a key role within a high-performing Product Governance team. Key Responsibilities Interpreting ESG and wider regulatory developments, assessing their impact on product governance. Producing high-quality reports, presenting findings, and attending key internal/external meetings. Reviewing and signing off fund documentation (prospectuses, KIIDs, PRIIPs, EMTs) to ensure FCA compliance. Leading and managing regulatory and technical change projects from planning through to implementation. Supporting fund launches, amendments, and closures in line with CIS rules. Training and mentoring team members, contributing to policy and procedure development. Ensuring operational controls are adhered to and breaches are correctly logged and actioned. Candidate Profile: Strong understanding of FCA rules, CIS updates, and regulatory governance requirements. Demonstrable experience leading regulatory projects and embedding new processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Highly organised, analytical, and confident working to deadlines in a high-volume environment.
