With planning permission recently granted for a major expansion - including a brand-new clinical area and CT scanner.You'll join a close-knit team committed to delivering exceptional care, investing in the latest technology, and supporting each other every step of the way. Whether you're studying towards a certificate or looking to grow in leadership, this is the place to develop your clinical skills and thrive in a genuinely positive environment.What this job offers• 20-minute consults and protected admin time • A team culture built on empathy, trust, and personal growth• Regular team socials, journal clubs, CPD workshops, and leadership development• Proud recipients of industry awards including Inspiring New Practice and Outstanding LeadershipWhat this practice can offer you• Fully equipped with ultrasound (with VVS), DR radiography, laparoscopy, endoscopy, dental X-ray, orthopaedic kit, and CT scanner arriving in 2025• Dedicated cat and dog consulting rooms and wards• Access to visiting specialists in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, imaging, and cardiology• 24/7 VetCT specialist support• No on-call - OOH covered by MiNightVetWhat We're Looking For:• A Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with experience in small animal care• Certificate holder (or working towards one) preferred - we'll support you every step of the way• A team player who shares the value of the practice - Compassion, Teamwork, Accountability, and Embracing the AdventureWhat's the package? • Salary £48,000-£85,000 (DOE + qualifications)• Uncapped CPD budget + certificate support• 5 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays• 1 in 4 weekends, mornings only• RCVS, VDS, and additional memberships paid• Pension scheme, generous staff discount & BUPA Employee Wellbeing• Option to cover existing CPD commitmentsIf you're looking to find out more click apply now.
