Aspiring Social Justice Officer – Learning Support Assistant Maidenhead – Education and Training – Aspiring Social Justice Officer – Learning Support Assistant Maidenhead The LSA Role – Learning Support Assistant (Social Justice & Safeguarding Focus) Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm | Term-time only You will support pupils aged 4–11 who present with: Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs Behaviour linked to trauma, adverse experiences, or unmet needs Risk factors associated with exclusion, isolation, or vulnerability Communication and emotional regulation difficulties Neurodivergent needs, including ASD and ADHD You will help pupils build resilience, self-regulation, and social understanding through trauma-aware, restorative, and child-centred approaches.
