They have a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. Operating from offices around the UK and Ireland, the consultancy supports clients across the energy transition, offering services in renewable energy, energy storage, waste-to-energy, carbon capture, and decarbonisation strategies.Your new role Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll contribute to the design, inspection, and delivery of civil and structural elements for high-profile energy projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspections of concrete and steel structuresInterpret engineering drawings and specificationsProduce technical reports and feasibility studiesApply knowledge of piling, geotechnical studies, and environmental factorsEnsurepliance with CDM regulations and identify design risksCollaborate effectively within project teams and with stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeed Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 8 years UK experienceWorking towards or holding chartered status with Engineers IrelandExperience in heavy civils and quality inspectionsStrong understanding of construction codes and methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentationFull driving licence and access to a vehicleWhat you'll get in return Our client is offering an attractive Annual Salary negotiable on experience.
