We are looking for compassionate, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our support team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school where every child is truly valued and supported to reach their full potential.L2 SEN TA - The role:*Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom and through personalised learning*Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities*Promoting independence, communication, and social skills*Providing emotional and behavioural support *Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environmentL2 SEN TA - About you:*You will ideally be qualified to Level 2 TA, Level 3 TA, or HLTA level, however this is not essential if you have experience working with children with SEN/SEND*A caring and patient individual with a genuine passion for supporting young people with special needs*Experience working in a special school or with children with SEN in another setting*Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude*Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWho are Aspire People?Aspire People is the UK's fastest growing education recruitment agency and we specialise in providing teaching and support staff to schools across the UK.
