Your newpany You will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy, with a team consisting of planning consultants, architects and surveyors that work together toplete projects within the residential,mercial and education sectors. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an architectural technologist to join their team. Your new role Technical Drawings: Creating precise technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.Project Management: Overseeing the construction process to ensure projects arepleted on time and within budget.Building Regulations: Ensuring designsply with building regulations and standards.Problem Solving: Addressing any technical issues that arise during the construction process.Client Liaison:municating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.What you'll need to succeed CIAT chartered (Preferred).Proficiency with AutoCAD.What you'll get in return Flexibility around working hours.Enrolment ontopany pension.28-day holiday.Free on-site parking.
