You will be working for an innovative, forward-thinking contractor that operates a diverse business model. With the order book full until 2024, there is excellent scope for a credible Mechanical Lead to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years. This industry is ever-growing and the need for Data Centre Infrastructure continues to grow. Mechanical Lead  Responsibilities: Management of Site QA, specifically with regards to the Mechanical package including set up, management and close out of file Management of all costs associated with your package. Management of all day to day site operations Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub-contractor. Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings. Issue weekly safety stats & project labour projections. Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and costs issued to the client Mechanical Lead Key Requirements: A trade and/or relevant third level qualification Several years experience in a similar role Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues Knowledge of Health & Safety Experienced in design and build Good technical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems Excellent IT skills
