Job Title: Social Worker – Older Adults Community TeamLocation: ConwyRate: £34.81 per hourLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a busy Older Adults Community Team based in Conwy. What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will assess the need for social work services, including identifying risks and the need for protection, determining the method of intervention, and advising on the use of appropriate social services and other resources. You will liaise and negotiate with other professionals, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure the best possible service is provided for clients. Maintaining appropriate records of work undertaken and carrying out required administrative procedures will be essential. Additionally, you will prepare for and attend supervision sessions and staff meetings, making use of all available training and development opportunities.
