Driver Hire/dh Recruitment (Torbay) is looking for reliable HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers for ongoing work in Kingsbridge. This is a hands-on role that mixes driving with physical waste and recycling collection. The work is steady, the team is friendly, and long-term opportunities are available.Pay and hours £17.37 to £26.06 per hour PAYE Advanced Weekly pay Monday to Friday Optional Saturday work during Bank Holiday weeks Minimum 8 paid hours per shift What the job involves Driving a Class 2 Cat C refuse vehicle on set routes Supporting the crew with loading and emptying bins Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects Keeping paperwork accurate, including route sheets and PODs Following site procedures, health and safety rules and driver hours regulations Working as part of a close-knit team on local routes in South Devon This role involves physical work and regular lifting.
