Job Description:Female Support Worker – Supported Living (Lone Working)Location: Liskeard Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Variable shifts including days, evenings, weekends & some sleep-insWe are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, supporting a friendly and active gentleman who uses a self-propelled wheelchair and requires 24/7 support in his own home.About the RoleYou will be providing one-to-one support (lone working) to help our client live as independently as possible. Support is required with most aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and attending community activities.Our client leads a busy and fulfilling life — he enjoys going to the gym twice a week, attending a day club twice a week, going to church on Sundays, and visiting his dad three times a week. He has his own vehicle which support staff drive to ensure he can get to all his regular activities safely and on time.What We’re Looking ForSomeone compassionate, patient, and reliableComfortable with lone working and using initiativeWilling to support with personal care and daily routinesConfident driver (must hold a full, clean UK driving licence)Flexible with working hours – including some sleep-in shiftsWhat We Offer£12.21 per hourFlexible working patternsIf you’re looking for a rewarding role where every day is different, we’d love to hear from you.INDLG
