Your casework will be varied and challenging, requiring you to think creatively and work collaboratively to promote positive, long-term change for children and families.You will understand the importance of delivering high-quality assessments to ensure consistent, improved outcomes for children, young people, families, and carers. Your expertise and commitment will help shape a safer, healthier, and happier future for those we support.Skills and ExperienceAdvocating for the children and young people of Devon, you will work creatively and flexibly to promote positive long-term change, ensuring permanence from the outset.
