We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and autism, helping them achieve their academic, social, and personal potential.Role Overview:As a SEN Teaching Assistant at [School Name], you will be working closely with secondary-aged students with SEMH and autism. Your role will involve providing one-to-one and small group support to students both inside and outside the classroom. You will help to deliver tailored interventions, promote emotional and social development, and assist in managing classroom behavior, ensuring students feel supported, understood, and empowered to succeed.
