Having had experience of leading teams in a clinical setting would be beneficial, but it is not essential. If you have nursing home experience as a nurse and have a good understanding of dementia care then you will know the importance of person centred care and pride yourself on it. You will be a person that finds enjoyment in building teams around you, supervising and motivating them to be the best they can be. You will be well supported by an experienced clinical Home Manager and Deputy, giving you piece of mind that on-call is well shared. You will be a qualified nurse either RMN or RGN with an active NMC pin and know a thing or two about the CQC and their five key themes.
