Job Description: Our client is seeking a competent and experienced Residential Lettings Negotiator to work within a team focused office. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and supporting the smooth running of the lettings process from start to finish. As the Residential Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for a portfolio of propertiesResponsible for dealing with prospective tenants organizing and conducting property viewings, setting up tenancy agreements and all relevant documentationAs the Residential Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for marketing and presenting properties across various platformsNegotiate offers between tenants and landlords, prepare and process tenancy applications, references, deposits and checksResponsible for handovers and inspectionsAs the Residential Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for organizing maintenance and repairs to properties, liaising with contractors and managing until work is completeArranging annual testing for gas and electric ensuring full compliance across all propertiesAs the Residential Negotiator you will be responsible for identifying and converting new lettings opportunities and promoting additional services For the Residential Lettings Negotiator, it would be good to see candidates with:Previous experience in lettings, rentals or property management experience is essentialStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organisedTeam playerConfidence in your approachMust have a valid UK driving license This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Crewe, Stone, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Congleton, and BiddulphHours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm & Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Salary: Up to £28,000 – £32,000 Per Annum Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
