Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job DescriptionThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on a Major Project in Dounreay, Scotland. This is a Energy/Civils related project. Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the existing Commercial team and this is a client facing role. This is an initial 6 month contract with the view to potentially to last 2 years and beyond. with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects beyond this. This role falls inside IR35. Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: · £480-530 per day based on experience · Inside IR35 · 6 month initial contract with potential for future extension -Travel and accommodation provided Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: - Client Liaison - Reporting - Forecasting - Costs - NEC contract - Dealing with change - Attending meetings - Mentoring and supporting more junior surveyors Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: - Experience in a similar role - Experience working on large civil engineering projects - NEC experience - This does require a large amount of time on site therefore flexibility required but hybrid work is offered
