We are currently looking for a Part-time Speech and Language Therapist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in London, which is easily accessible via public transport. About the role: As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be working across the 2-3 SEMH specialist schools part of the group area with children aged between 11 – 17 years. The locations include Dudley, Wolverhampton and Daycott in the Moors. This is a part-time role working flexible 22.5 hours per week across the weekdays. Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist: Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues. Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon. To be responsible for assessments, goal setting and recommendations for therapeutic support for your own caseload. To develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education. To develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.
