The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded team in Clifton, Bristol. The role will involve a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including managing client instructions, providing accurate advice, drafting documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as LEXCEL. Key responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgagesTaking client instructions and providing clear, accurate adviceDrafting documents and preparing accountsEnsuring all files are compliant with industry standards and billed regularlyMarketing the firm and helping to generate new business leadsCommunicating effectively with clients, both in person and through various channelsAs the firm continues to expand, there will be opportunities to contribute to the growth of the team through business development activities and to progress within the firm to senior roles.
