Operating from a state-of-the-art Alarm Receiving & Remote Video Response Centre in Bristol, we deliver 24/7 security solutions with a focus on customer excellence and innovation.We are now looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to help grow our client base and expand our footprint with installers, maintainers, and end clients nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to play a key role in our continued success, who is looking for a fast tracked route in to B2B Field based sales with career progression opportunities within just12-18 monthsWhat You'll Do:Develop and manage relationships with potential new security system installers, maintainers, and end clients across the UK, both over the phone and via Teams and face to face meetings.Promote the clients full range of monitoring and response servicesIdentify new business opportunities and help drive revenue growthMaintain and retain existing client accounts, once brought on.Work closely with internal stakeholders who will be pivotal to your success in your role.Attend trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibilityWhat We're Looking For:Prior experience in an OUTBOUND telephone based role, whether that be B2B or B2C focused.Very open on industry but sectors that successful candidates have worked in are Insurance, Financial Services, Charity Fundraising, Recruitment and Car Sales.Ability and motivation to work to strict KPI's which you will strive to hit and exceed.Ability to work from Yate based office 5 days per weekAspirations to progress into field based sales role within 12-18 monthsPersistent, Resilient, Confident, Natural Rapport Builder.The package:💷 £28-32k + Performance based Bonus🧘♀️ Company pension & life insurance🚗 Free on-site parking🎯 Be part of a growing business with real career development opportunities🤝 Supportive team culture and industry-leading technology
