Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: North-West / Midlands Based - Flexibility for travel required Remuneration: Daily rate between £ - £ Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months Responsibilities: Deliver innovative and leading decarbonised energy solutions. Support colleagues, outperform for our clients, and contribute to quality and profit. Manage and lead a team of project personnel to ensure successful project delivery. Promote industry-leading standards in safety and construction. Actively drive a positive safety culture of zero incidents. Provide a high level of customer experience along the customer journey. Be accountable for the financial performance of the project. Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, project controls, and reporting. Ensure successful delivery of projects to time, cost, quality, and safety. Collaborate with matrix support from other functions, such as Sales, Engineering, and O&M. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Possess experience managing HSE in an engineering and construction environment. Have a strong understanding of the technology being installed. Work with a mix of in-house and third-party labour on large complex on-site energy projects. Use strong commercial acumen to drive financial success. Experience working with complex users of energy, such as solar, CHP, or hospitals. Requirements: Experience in a customer delivery and internally facing role. Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent. Degree in Engineering/Technical preferred but not essential. Safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH preferred but not essential. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
