Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery

Assume responsibility for program execution within a matrix organization, facilitating coordination across various functions

Collaborate with Engineering, Product and other key cross-functional teams to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope

Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly

Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, align priorities, effectively influence the direction for a broadly cross-functional area

Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders

Collaboratively define the vision for building Meta-scale, state-of-the-art, global products

Minimum Qualification

B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Extensive experience within systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management experience

Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery, and fully understand and own the development lifecycle process(es)

Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms and programs

Experience operating proactively and autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking, thought leadership and ability to operate in an ambiguous environment

Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems

Ability to motivate and focus a large collaboration to reach challenging goals.

Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope

Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time

Effective oral & written communicator, with demonstrated abilities to drive complex technical conversations, summarise, and present technical content to technical and non-technical leaders or audiences

Strong competence with systematic prioritisation and decision making

Preferred Qualification

Experience in building or managing system software components like, messaging systems or cloud infrastructure, preferably in a large scale environment

Experience with disambiguating technical and cross-functional problems
