An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Technician to join a leader in the design, innovation and manufacturer of wireless and sensing solutions. As a Customer Support Technician you will have a number of core responsibilities that include: Technical customer support Fault-finding Managing returns and replacements of faulty equipment Supporting installation activities Configuration of technology to customer specifications To be considered for the Customer Support Technician opportunity you must have experience with electronics and PCB technology, be able to fault-find, comfortable supporting customers technically, happy to travel occasionally nationally and internationally, experience managing a returns process, and experience carrying out minor repairs and refurbishment.
