Job description You thoroughly enjoy what you do as London based Marine Cargo Broker, however you value 3 main things in any potential new roleFlexibility in where and how you work including deciding how often you travel internationally to see your clients AND being able to represent an already well established Marine Cargo practice who are looking to expand territories outside of North America and target the ROTW.Working for a business who have strong investment plans to ensure they offer you the necessary platform to make you successfulA secure yet attractive financial model that incentivises performance which includes a strong base salary, bonus and equity/shares deal.IDEX are delighted to be working exclusively with a Marine specialist Lloyd's Broker who are looking to make offers to ambitious, client centric Producing Brokers across Marine Hull & Machinery, Marine Cargo, Liability and Fine Art/Specie.Being honest, bold, independent and genuinely different to what is already out there is the heart of this business. Already steeped in maritime history, this Broker has received some recent minority investment and are now looking to grow tenfold.Today they are still a family funded, independent business with an entrepreneurial mindset and their ambitious growth plans are powered by investment capital that preserves their independence, culture and core values"I joined the business because I wanted to be part of building a forward-thinking independent broking house along with the challenge of building a portfolio of business, within a supportive environment.
