You will be required to provide advice to families, businesses, trusts and charities with rural landowning interests, undertake estate management, renewable projects and the sales, purchase and leases of rural properties including residential, agricultural, sporting and commercial.

Candidates with experience of the purchase and sale of estate, farms, country houses and forestry matters are of particular interest.

With the rural team at this firm not being even remotely top heavy, this is a clear opportunity for the associate with short to mid term partnership ambitions. To achieve this you will be required to have business development ideas and the desire and drive to make these reality over the next few years.
