You'll support the Payroll Advisor with the process of payroll and data before submission to the external provider. This includes the processing of and additional payment of deductions including overtime, out of hours payments, season ticket loans or cycle to work deductions. You will assist with the monthly payroll calculations and making adjustment for any relevant changes such as leavers, family leave, absence, secondments and working patterns changes. You will also manage receipt and the issuing or P45′ and P60's.
In terms of benefits, you'll support the Benefits Advisor with the management and queries relating to flexible benefits. You will maintain benefit records on the HR system and distribute pension auto-enrolment emails. You will also have the opportunity to work in cyclical activities such as the flex annual enrolment window, bonus and pay reviews.
I'm looking to speak to people with payroll, benefits and/or reward administration experience. Strong excel experience (data manipulation and formulas) is essential in this role as you'll use excel on a daily basis. Ideally, you'll have experience gained in professional, services, a white collar or financial services environment.
There's loads of opportunity to progress and take on more, so it's essential you're ambitious, keen to progress and hardworking. This is fast paced, demanding, business facing role and so you'll also need to be resilient, professional and confident working with senior employees.
