CNC Machinist

Are you looking to work for a company that is sustainably growing with contracts for the next few years already agreed, then this might be the opportunity for you.  The responsibilities of the CNC Machinist will be as follows: ·Setting and Operating Machine Tools ·Ability to resolve machining problems ·Carry out de-burring of components ·Support Continuous Improvement where possible ·Liaise internally with Shift leaders and team; leaders to report any unresolved issues the ideal CNC machinist will demonstrate the following: ·Experience of 3, 4 or 5 axis machining ·Knowledge of any type of control (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) ·Ideally Time Served or equivalent experience ·Proven problem-solving experience The successful CNC Machinist will be offered the opportunity to join an organisation that are having an extremely successful period in the industry, and you will drive improvement across the facility. This CNC role will be working a continental shift pattern that comes with 12 hours shift, there is a combination of days and nights, days are 7am-7pm and nights are 7pm-7am. For every 2/3 days of work, there will be 2/3 days off to follow. The rate of pay for this role is £17.25ph plus time and a half for overtime.
