We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment where all children, families, and staff can grow and thrive.About the role:We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Foundation Stage Senior Practitioner to support the leadership and delivery of high-quality early years education within our EYFS setting. You will play a key role in supporting staff, modelling outstanding practice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children. This role is working in the 2 year old room as the room lead.Key responsibilities:Support the Nursery Manager / EYFS Lead in the day-to-day running of the settingLead by example, delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFSAct as a key person and support staff with observations, assessments, and planningMonitor children’s progress and support targeted interventions where neededSupport safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirementsMentor and support practitioners, students, and apprenticesBuild strong partnerships with parents and carersContribute to staff meetings, training, and reflective practiceRequirements:Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)Significant experience working within an EYFS settingStrong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child developmentAbility to lead, inspire, and support colleaguesExcellent communication and organisational skillsPaediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)Enhanced DBS check (required)Please see full job description attached.How to apply:Please visit the school website using the link below to apply: Applications must be submitted to by 9am on Wednesday 7th January 2026.
