Supply/Tactical PlannerOverview: The Supply Planner is responsible for creating supply plans outside of the execution horizon (5+ weeks). This role generates the supply plan that mill/tactical planners convert into executable actions across the supply chain. It requires close coordination with demand teams, production sites, and distribution centers to ensure plans are feasible and meet both customer service and cost objectives.Contract Details:Pay: £17.17 per hour (PAYE)Location: Fully remoteContract Duration: Until end of August 2026Start Date: 5th January (Required)Key Responsibilities:Utilize supply planning tools (e.g., optimizer or heuristic) to generate supply plans in the planning horizon (5+ weeks).Develop production plans that optimize utilization of machines (assets), materials, and storage capacity.Create raw material plans that balance vendor capacity and Kimberly-Clark storage capacity.Ensure purchased finished goods projections align with external manufacturers to meet customer service goals.Generate finished product transfer movements that meet customer demand cost-effectively.Maintain accurate planning data in SAP, updating as needed for material/product changes.Drive completion of special projects related to supply planning.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.2+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations at site or staff level.Demonstrated ability to organize resources and analyze alternatives for effective decision-making.Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with supply planning software and corresponding analytic solver (e.g., APO or IBP optimizer, Kinaxis heuristic).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP.Guidant,
