Clinical lead – Care home in Cramlington, Northumberland- £45,700 per annum Location : Cramlington, Northumberland Position: Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified ) Salary: £20p/h   = £45,700 per annum Hours:  Full time – 44h Shift Pattern: Nights –  8/8 start and finish times Contract Type:  Permanent Care Categories:  Palliative, Dementia care, Respite care We are looking for a  Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD  ) to join our team; you will be in charge of a specific unit in the home, taking on a leadership responsibilities. Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team The ability of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team Strong verbal and written communication skills A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance Passion about providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families Requirements :  Valid and Clear NMC pin registration number ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) Full eligibility to work and live in the UK Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference Previous leadership experience and nursing home experience advantageous Purpose of Role:  To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
