Responsibilities: Manage a designated bank of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any queries or issues in a timely manner Act as the main point of contact for agencies, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their requirements Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base Assist with administrative tasks related to agency accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained Handle referrals from agencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, showcasing excellent verbal and listening skills Our client is looking for an individual who is eager to learn and grow within the role.
