This is a fantastic position, offering excellent exposure and a clear route of progression to become a Director. Part-time applicants will also be considered.Support Directors on complex assignments, providing technical expertise and guidance.Prepare and oversee the completion of complex client tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage and service a personal client portfolio, delivering tailored advice and solutions.Lead departmental initiatives, processes, and projects, including the supervision, training, and development of team members.Collaborate with other departments, clients, and Directors to identify cross-selling opportunities and generate business leads.Actively support Tax Associates, Directors, and non-Tax Managers, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through courses, webinars, and professional reading, applying insights to client needs.Assist with tax team financials, including chargeable time, recoveries, and billings, alongside senior team members.Support marketing efforts by contributing content, attending networking events, and identifying growth opportunities.Mentor and develop Tax Managers, providing performance feedback and guidance to support their growth and career progression.
