Job Title:  Band 7 Dietitian – Complex Needs Team Leader Location: London Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (3/4 months) Duration: Ongoing Start Date: End of September About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our Complex Needs Team in a community setting. This is a temporary position starting at the end of September, with a duration of 3 to 4 months. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for improving patient outcomes and a strong background in managing complex nutritional needs. This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £34 per hour. Main responsibilities of this Dietetics vacancy: Lead and manage the Complex Needs Team, ensuring high-quality nutritional care for patients with diverse and complex needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive nutritional assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to patients. Provide expert advice and education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
