The CompanySRG are delighted to again be partnered with an innovative chemical & pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the Greater Glasgow area. Having recently completed a successful funding round they are looking to expand their laboratory support team by bringing in a production technician on a full time, permanent basis.The RoleAs Production Technician your primary responsibility will be to ensure the day-to-day maintenance of the production laboratories. This involves a wide variety of tasks however a large portion of your time will be spent ensuring lab equipment cleanliness (glassware, instrumentation, work surfaces, etc.). As well as this you will work closely with the wider lab support team and production chemistry team to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.The Right PersonThis role is perfect for chemistry/forensic/biochemistry graduates looking for their first step in an industrial role. To succeed in this position you will;Possess a chemistry degree (or similar)Have demonstrable experience in a laboratory environmentHave a solid foundational understanding of laboratory health & safety protocolsBe able to communicate effectively with colleaguesHave the flexibility to work a variety of shifts (Mainly 07.00-15.00)Guidant,
