They pride themselves on their commitment to delivering high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.Job DescriptionWorking on a broad range of ad hoc tax consultancy assignments is a considerable part of the role. This may include reorganisations, R&D tax, share schemes, property hive ups, international tax etc.Identifying tax planning opportunities and following these through with the Tax Partner and the relevant partnersOverall responsibility for the compliance function for a portfolio of corporate tax clients. This includes:Preparation and review of corporation tax returns for a range of complex clientsMonitoring tax return progress to ensure timely completion and submission to HMRCAdvising corporate tax clients of tax liabilities due on a timely basisLiaising directly with clients to ensure both accurate and prompt completion of tax returns and submissionsCommunicating effectively with client's both orally and in writingDealing with all client queries promptly and efficientlyReporting to the client partner on all matters relevant to the client's tax affairsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have:Proven experience in corporate tax advisory.CTA/ACA qualified.Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK tax legislation.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Dedication to delivering high-quality client service.A forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.A commitment to continuous professional development.What's on OfferA competitive salary ranging from £85,000 - £100,000.Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).A chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Continuous professional development and career progression opportunities.
