This practice have a particularly good reputation for looking after their staff with the managing partner checking in with all fee-earners and paralegals weekly. If you are looking to avoid the 'cog in a wheel' structure, this firm offers a bespoke solution. With staff welfare at the core of this businesses success, they continue to offer a strong degree of flexibility with fee-earners working part-time and from home several days a week. The role: This firm is looking to appoint a Head of Litigation to expand their offering in Manchester This is an exciting time to be joining this firm as it continues to establish themselves as experts across Private Client, Real Estate & Litigation. including: - Shareholder disputes Property Disputes Civil Disputes Contentious Probate Due to the nature of the team and department, the firm are happy to mould a caseload around the experience and profile of the right individual.
