Responsible for managing and developing a high-performing frontline HR team, this role ensures that HR operations are executed with efficiency, consistency, and excellence.With a strong emphasis on process improvement and service optimisation, the HR Operations Manager will drive the adoption of best practices and leverage systems and automation to streamline workflows.
