Work across a range of settings, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs. Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity and high-quality support. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods to different learners and behavioural needs. Essential Skills & Experience QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience supporting students with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.). Strong classroom management and communication skills.
