Job Title: Experienced SEMH Support Assistant – Specialist Secondary Provision Location: Northumberland Salary: £89-108 per day (PAYE) Contract: Full-time, Long-Term Start Date: September 2025Bring your SEMH expertise where it’s needed most We’re seeking an experienced Support Assistant to join a specialist provision for secondary-aged pupils (11–16) with significant Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. All pupils have, or are in the process of receiving, an EHCP—and many are neurodivergent.This setting offers a small, structured and nurturing environment where consistency is key.
