This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and analysis of impactful policies within the professional membership sector, supporting organisational priorities and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform policy development. Draft clear, concise policy documents, briefs, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Monitor policy trends and developments relevant to the sector. Support two-way communication around policy initiatives and organisational priorities. Assist in the organisation of consultations, workshops, and engagement events. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational standards. Person Specification Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce accessible reports. Strong research and analytical capabilities. Ability to interpret complex information and present findings effectively. Proven organisation and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
