Plot Conveyancer£30,000 – £45,000 (Dependant On Experience)Birmingham City CentreBCR/JN/31957Bell Cornwall Recruitment are in search of an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join the residential development unit for a large, national law firm based in Birmingham city centre.The role includes (but is not limited to):Case load managementResponsible for your own plot sales mattersPrepare and review a range of legal documentsHandling financial aspects of a transaction, including completion statements and billingcommunicate with clients, buyer’s solicitors and other third parties to progress files and resolveissuesThe ideal candidate:Excellent commercial acumenGreat communication skills, both written and verbalCommitment to forging strong working relationships with our clients Ability and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail An organised approach in managing time, work priorities and deadlinesGood IT skills, ideally including previous experience of working with a case management systemThis is a brilliant opportunity to enhance your conveyancing skills in a large national law firm.
