Reporting directly to the Technical Reporting Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Service Operations through analysis and KPI performance reporting. Your key responsibility will involve developing and enhancing the tableau dashboard offering, analysing warranty and Technical data, and collaborating closely with various teams across the business. Job Title: Technical Reporting Coordinator Location: Crewe, Hybrid 2-3 days onsite Remuneration: £36 per hour, Outside IR35 Responsibilities: Support Service Operations through analysis and KPI performance reporting. Develop, maintain, and enhance the tableau dashboard offering of the department, including the development of new tools and dashboards as required. Analyse warranty and Technical data reported from the global Retailer network to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities. Collaborate closely with all members of the Service Operations teams, Regional teams, and other Functions across the business. Create efficiencies and automation in Tableau dashboard processes. Collate and analyse large amounts of data from various sources, interpret the data, draw conclusions, and establish reasons for deviations from plan. Provide accurate analysis, findings, and management reports to enable decision-making. Develop and maintain standard Business Objects reports. Produce regular ad-hoc reports to support Service Operations decisions and activities. Maintain effective communication with internal customers, such as Aftersales, Finance, and Quality colleagues. Assist in managing queries reported from Retailers worldwide. Skills/Experience: Highly computer literate with extensive experience in data analysis and retrieval from different computer systems. Proficient in Excel, Business Objects, Tableau, and MS applications. Ability to analyse data and provide logical problem-solving methodologies. Experience working under pressure, meeting challenging targets, and tight deadlines. Positive and self-motivated team player with excellent teamwork experience. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively with a team. Strong attention to detail and excellent visual presentation skills. - Proficient in PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Familiarity with Visual Basic knowledge would be advantageous. Experience with Tableau or other visualisation programmes. Proficiency in Python or similar experience would be beneficial. Current Bentley product knowledge and data analysis skills. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and experience in data analysis and retrieval. Proficiency in Excel, Business Objects, Tableau, and MS applications is essential. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in meeting targets and deadlines.
