Job Title: SEN Primary Teacher Location: England, Greater London, CroydonJob Type: Contract, Full-TimePrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £165 - £200 Per day, PAYEJob Description: As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualised educational plans for students with special educational needs (SEN) in a primary school setting. Your primary focus will be on providing tailored support to help SEN students achieve their full potential and academic goals.Job Duties: Developing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of SEN studentsAssessing students' abilities and designing appropriate learning activitiesCollaborating with other teachers and support staff to create a supportive learning environmentMonitoring and tracking student progress, and adjusting teaching strategies accordinglyCommunicating effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals involved in the students' education Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Specialist knowledge and experience in teaching students with SENStrong understanding of SEN policies and best practises Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldDemonstrated experience working with SEN students in a primary school settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN)Experience using assistive technology and resources to support SEN students Working Conditions: You will work full-time hours in a primary school in Croydon, Greater London. The role may involve some additional responsibilities outside of regular school hours, such as attending meetings or parent consultations.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
