We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a long-term contractual role in Bexhill East Sussex with a well-known Tier 1 contractor working on a large-scalemercial project in East Sussex.Shifts will require some split shift working weekends and evenings.Saturday shifts and out of hrs working paid at time & half £375 per dayYour job role Manage and direct labour, equipment and resources to achieve projectpletion on time and within budgetCarry out weekly safety inspections & maintain health and safety at all times in accordance to the NHBC standardsAttend weekly site meetings with the sales teamLiaise with the Buying and Surveying team to ensure timely procurement of materials and servicesManage & Co-ordinate subcontractors on site to ensure deadlines are achievedEnsurepliance with safety policies and regulationsManage site teams and monitor performance, implement corrective actions as neededLiaise with other departments of the business and attend meetings when requiredConduct site inductions and tool box talks for new personnelMaintain accurate records of site activities and project documentationEnsure 100% customer satisfaction surveysRequirements You hold a relevant construction qualification or accreditation (Degree/ HND/ Technical Trade etc)You can demonstrate significant experience managing within the construction main contractorHave had previous Tier 1 Contractor experience in a similar roleYou hold SMSTS, First Aid qualificationBlack or Gold CSCS CardYour Job Role Manage and direct labour, equipment and resources to achieve projectpletion on time and within budgetCarry out weekly safety inspections & maintain health and safety at all times in accordance to the NHBC standards.Attend weekly site meetings with the project teamManage & Co-ordinate subcontractors on site to ensure deadlines are achieved.Ensurepliance with safety policies and regulationsManage site teams and monitor performance, implement corrective actions as needed.Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks for new personnelMaintain accurate records of site activities and project documentationif you have the skills and qualifications and the relevant skills, please apply directly below to or call 01273207352 #4715535 - Sean Murphy
