Job Title: Social Worker – Community TeamLocation: Knowsley Rate: £20.00An exciting job role has recently become available at the Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council. We are looking for a new member for their Community Team. Support the delivery of agreed care plans, ensuring service users are safely supported and individual needs and service targets are met, while maintaining CQC fundamental standards. Assist clients with personal care as outlined in their care plans, including activities such as dressing, washing, bathing, shaving, toileting, getting in or out of bed, eating, drinking, taking medication, and communicating. Provide support for individuals who may place emotional demands on the jobholder, and raise significant issues to the manager. Qualifications and Experiences: To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required. How to apply?
