Overview:We are seeking Intermediate RPA Developers with strong UiPath skills to develop, test, and deploy automated workflows. These nearshore positions will work within a POD structure to deliver 2-3 automations monthly across various business domains.Responsibilities:Develop UiPath workflows and bots based on business requirementsPerform testing and debugging of automation solutionsDeploy bots to UiPath Orchestrator and manage configurationsCollaborate with POD Lead for code reviews and best practicesSupport UAT activities with business stakeholdersDocument technical specifications and deployment guidesParticipate in knowledge transfer sessions with developersMaintain and enhance existing automation solutionsMust Haves:3+ years of UiPath development experienceUiPath Developer certification (Advanced preferred)Experience with RE Framework and best practicesStrong skills in VB.NET or C# programmingExperience with SQL databases and API integrationsBackground in process automation for operations or financeAbility to work in nearshore delivery model with EST hoursNice to Haves:Experience with Document Understanding or AI CenterKnowledge of Python for automation tasksAirline or logistics industry experienceAWS cloud services familiarity
